Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has shipped. Please email contact@lucialaferme.com if you did not receive tracking information after the disclosed processing time, or if you have questions about shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

Please email contact@lucialaferme.com with return or exchange inquiries. All sales are final unless you’ve received the incorrect item or it has been damaged prior to delivery.

Making Changes to your Order

Every item in our shop is hand dyed and made to order. We are happy to make alterations to your order for a period of 72 hours after purchase. We ask that no changes be made to existing orders after this time.

International Shipping

For shipping outside of the United States and Canada, please inquire directly. We have had numerousInternational packages go missing recently and as a small business are unable to cover these costs, unfortunately. We look forward to reinstating International Shipping on the site at a future date.
